Automobiles have been prime targets for thievery for over a hundred years now, and the problem seems to get worse by the day.
Of course "grand theft auto" is a problem most everywhere, but this unusual Michigan case gives it an entirely new twist.
Some rural parts of Michigan are home to small to medium-sized Amish communities, and apparently they have their own version of "grand theft auto" to deal with.

I watched only 4 minutes of this and he's told me 3 times that it happened in Michigan! His waffly and repetitive style of speaking is irritating. I am no longer interested in what point or message he's trying to get across.
